Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your petticoat product, you may request a return under the following conditions.

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing tags will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, used or worn petticoats cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to damage or incorrect product, return shipping will be arranged.
  • For other eligible returns, return shipping costs may apply.
